Jackson County Courthouse - Cooling Tower Replacement

Jackson County (Owner) requests bids for the replacement and construction of cooling tower located at the Jackson County Courthouse until Tuesday, October 29th at 10:00 am. At that time, the sealed proposals will be opened and read in the Finance Conference Room of the Jackson County Administrative Building at 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jackson County Courthouse, located at 5000 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549 at 10:30 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Interested vendors are required to attend.

Questions must be submitted in writing to Kenneth Morris, Purchasing Manager at kmorris@jacksoncountygov.com, Barry Vickery, Project Manager at bvickery@jacksoncountygov.com,and Scott Martin, Facilities Maintenance Director at smartin@jacksoncountygov.com via e-mail by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday October 15, 2024 in order to be considered.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly labelled on the outside as ¿Jackson County Courthouse Cooling Tower¿ and received no later than 10:00 a.m. EST on October 29, 2024 at the Jackson County Administrative Building, 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, GA 30549. All submittals shall contain three (3) hard copies and one (1) electronic PDF on a storage device containing all information requested.

Submittals received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. Facsimile or e-mail submittals will not be accepted or considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and informalities, and readvertise.
