The Town of Brookfield invites sealed Bids for the Kimball Street Improvement Project. The project includes installation of approximately 70 linear feet of HDPE drain line, five precast concrete structures, 6,400 square feet of hot mix asphalt sidewalk, 1,150 linear feet of granite curb and 1,480 linear feet of hot mix asphalt cur, 3,080 square yards of road reconstruction, and associated work. This project is being administered by the town of Brookfield and the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission (CMRPC) and funded by the MA Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, Community Development Block Grant Program. The engineer's opinion of probable construction costs for the Base Bid is $688,000
