Description
Maintenance and repair will include labor, parts, tools, equipment, miscellaneous
materials, and supervision to facilitate the general maintenance and standard repair. All
work must be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes.
Upon agreement, city will have the option to add or subtract other facilities to the
schedule.
Any work that will require the procurement of permits, the awarded contractor will be
responsible for obtaining any, and all necessary permits.
