Bidders must be pre-qualified with MassDOT for PAVEMENT - SURFACING for the amount of the Estimated Construction Cost indicated below. The work to be performed will consist of furnishing and applying a 20% Asphalt-Rubber Surface Treatment on properly prepared bituminous streets at various locations, and an immediate application of aggregate to the treated roadways in accordance with the specifications. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
