INVITATION FOR BID
This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for:
The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (¿the Owner¿) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide and replace chain link fence at designated areas within Selden Park including all the details outlined and required in the Program Services section.
Sealed bids will be accepted and time stamped electronically via the County's e-procurement Portal ("Portal") until 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. At 2:00 PM the bids will be opened in conference room 224 located on the 2nd floor of the Harold Pate Building located at 1725 Reynolds Street and will be publicly read. Additionally, the bid opening will be streamed live on the County's YouTube Channel.
Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid-proposal are contained in this packet. Bids must be typed or printed in ink. Bids submitted for this invitation must include the "Bidders Response Schedule" and be returned online via the Portal. Bids may not be considered unless so received.
