Description:
The Richland-Lexington Airport District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform critical repairs on an existing 1 MW AC solar farm installed in 2017 and establish a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) agreement for the remaining expected life of the system. Non-Mandatory pre-proposal meeting - June 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EDT - Carolina Room – Airport Conference Room, 3250 Airport Blvd, West Columbia, SC 29170 (Lower level terminal – up ramp by Baggage Claim Escalators) The primary purpose of this meeting is to allow Proposers to view and assess the Solar PV Site.
