Description:
The South Carolina Education Lottery is seeking to purchase Claims Center, Cash Pop, & Pick 3/Pick 4 Wallet Cards through a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Offeror. The resulting contract will be awarded to one Offeror in accordance with the bid schedule. See Section VIII.
