A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project ME00113 at 1:30 PM. on Wednesday,

January 7, 2025, at the NCDOT Century Center Building B, Boiling Springs Conference Room

located at 1020 Birch Ride Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610. We will discuss the scope of the project and give

bidders the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in order

for your bid to be considered. A bid received from a bidder who has not attended and properly

registered at the above scheduled pre-bid conference will not be accepted and considered for award.
