Commercial Kitchen Floor Remediation & Coating. Seeking quotes for this work. Work is at Leominster High School Culinary Program kitchen. Floor is approximately 3,100 sq. ft. Work to be completed by mid-August. Repair all cracked concrete, remove existing failing coating, diamond grind prep concrete and install a seamless resinous floor as a full chip broadcast floor with clear polyaspartic urethane topcoat. 50% Payment Bond required & State Wage Rates.
