Amendment P00001 - PRICE YARD FIRE STORAGE: ELECTRICAL AND HEATING
The purpose of this amendment is to change the Period of Performance Dates from 06/16/2026 - 07/31/2025 to 07/07/2025 - 09/05/2025.
Contract time is changed from 45 days to 60 days.
All line items Period of Performance is 07/07/2025 - 09/05/2025.
All other information remains the same.
SCOPE OF CONTRACT
This project includes an electrical service and the electrical installation of lighting, receptacles, and equipment to the previously constructed Price Yard Fire Storage Building as described in the drawings. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating installation of electrical and gas service and obtaining any and all permits and paying fees associated with the permits
Overhead Door Operators – Providing and installing two overhead door operators with electrical circuits and controls.
Heating System – Providing and installing a natural gas system with unit heater, electrical circuit and controls.
Quantities for new utility lines are approximated. Lump sum quantities will be used for bidding. Prebid Site visit Advised.
