April 9, 2026, at the NCDOT Century Center Building B, Boiling Springs Conference Room located
at 1020 Birch Ridge Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610. We will discuss the scope of the project and give bidders
the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for your
bid to be considered.
Project documents, including Proposal, plans (if applicable), or any additional information related to the
project can be found on the Division 5 Project Letting website:

Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
prior to submitting a bid. Information regarding prequalification can be found at:

In order to receive due consideration for ME00112, your paper quotation must be physically received in
the Division 5 Contract Engineer’s office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026
Likewise, in order to receive due consideration for DE00429 and DE00432, your electronic quotation
must be submitted in the online bidding portal no later than 2:00p.m on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
