Project Description: The City of Charlotte Storm Water Services has proposed a repair project for an existing pond called Hunter Acres Pond. The pond is located on Crestland Avenue, near the intersection of Crestland Avenue and Cornelia Drive, and the Parcel ID is 04302401. The pond is identified in the NC Dam Safety Inventory as MECKL-207-H and is classified as a high hazard dam. The forebay is located approximately 200 feet west of the main dam embankment.
