Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 15.



The Library of Congress (Library) seeks a commercial shipper and/or specialized firm to package, store, and transport Library materials—ranging greatly in use, size, and distance—safely and efficiently from a variety of locations across the country and around the world. These materials include four different performance areas of items and collections: (1) Non-Fragile, (2) Fragile, (3) Fine Arts, and (4) Film/Media.



The Library intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Library reserves the right to award a single- or multiple-award IDIQ as a result of this solicitation.

Attachments J1- J7 are required to compete for this IDIQ. Please review them carefully.



Questions are due 01/26/2026 by Noon ET. Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation at the same location where the solicitation is posted.



Proposals are due no later than 02/13/2026 at Noon ET.
