The U.S. Embassy located in Windhoek, Namibia requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services and the evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS).
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
