Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho, NM (City) is soliciting formal bids from qualified chemical suppliers to provide liquid carbon dioxide (100%) for the City’s arsenic treatment systems. All facilities are located within the City of Rio Rancho water system service area and are within 35 miles of the Albuquerque metro area.
