Project Description: The BCSD Office of School Leadership will recruit, screen, and select a partner organization capable of working collaboratively with the district, principals, and school leadership teams to:
• Increase principals’ time devoted to instructional leadership in order to strengthen student achievement.
• Enhance principals’ capacity to implement high-leverage strategies that improve the quality of teacher feedback and coaching.
• Provide research-based strategies that support principals in shifting their focus from operational and management tasks to instructional leadership, thereby improving teaching and learning.
• Deliver targeted instructional leadership coaching to support principals and school leadership teams in driving schoolwide improvement efforts.
