| Solicitation Document Description: | This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for the non-exclusive supply and delivery of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision and warranty for general plumbing maintenance, repair, and supply services at various locations throughout the City of Toronto for the Solid Waste Management Services (SWMS) Division, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”). |

Information Meetings
Optional Meeting All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional site meeting will take place at 9:00 A.M. local Toronto time on June 22, 2026 at 75 Vanley Crescent North York, ON, M3J 2B7. Suppliers should sign the attendance sheet at the meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered Suppliers, should advise the Procurement Contact via the message board in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meetings, with the following information: .1 Name(s) of attendees .2 Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the Mandatory Site Meeting. Attendees must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, high visibility vests, safety boots and long pants. No statement or information provided in such meeting by either the City or the Suppliers will amend any provision of this RFT or the Contract or may be relied upon by a Supplier in the RFT process or its Bid, except and to the extent such statement or information is later confirmed through the issuance of an Addendum. |
