F-15 Qatar (F-15QA) AFLCMC/WAQK Foreign Military Sales (FMS) System Program Office (SPO) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is seeking sources to provide Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS) Autotest Capability Services.
