Project Description: Public notice is hereby given that the Authority of the Borough of Charleroi will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on Friday, November 21, 2025, for the furnishing of the following materials.
Approximately:
2400 Tons of Type 2A Stone
550 Tons of Type 2B (#57) Stone
Copies of the Specifications are on file at the office of the Authority, 3 McKean Avenue, Charleroi, PA 15022-0211. All specifications are available online at no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Bids must be submitted via PennBid.

All proposals must be for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 during which time all materials must be supplied at the bid price.

The Authority of the Borough of Charleroi reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and, to accept any bid which it deems to be in its best interest.
