Comprehensive Feasibility, Governance, and Preliminary Engineering Study
Wabash Cannonball Trail-Fulton County Segment
The Fulton County Board of Commissioners (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide comprehensive feasibility analysis, governance evaluation, funding alignment, and preliminary engineering services for the Fulton County segment of the Wabash Cannonball Trail.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the viability of paving and improving the unimproved portions of the trail within Fulton County and to determine an appropriate governance, maintenance, funding, and implementation structure prior to advancing toward construction funding.
Proposals must be received in the office of the Clerk of the Board by 9:15 a.m. on Thursday July 30, 2026.
