Project Description: The County of Siskiyou is requesting bids for the purchase of one (1)
New Ford F250.
General Information:
1. One (1) New Ford F250 XLT
a. Super Duty, Super Cab, Short Bed
b. White Exterior
c. Diesel
d. Four-Wheel Drive (4X4)
e. Installation & all necessary parts for the addition of a cargo light, dome light, door
chime black-out option (such as Emergency Vehicle Outfitting Company part #B-
BOM508-BC)
f. Three (3) Sets of Ignition Keys
g. List, in writing, Warranty
h. Must meet California Emissions Standards

The County is seeking bids for one (1) New Ford F250. All other remaining specifications are at
the respondent’s discretion to provide, but it should generally be considered that bids providing
for the best price and fastest delivery to the County will be prioritized. All vehicles bids are
subject to inspection before final award. Please include delivery date of vehicle in the bid.
Bid Submittal Instructions: Bids may be submitted by mail, hand delivery, or by email. The
deadline for submissions is Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Each Bid shall be sealed
and delivered physically to 1312 Fairlane Road, Yreka, CA 96097 or electronically to Anna
Hendricks, Management Analyst RFP_RFB_Submissions@co.siskiyou.ca.us. Please include
“RFB #AG2526-110” on front of envelope or in subject line of email.
Questions: All questions must be received in writing and should be addressed to Anna
Hendricks, Management Analyst at ajhendricks@co.siskiyou.ca.us. The deadline for submitting
questions is Friday, April 3rd, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Non-Discrimination: The Vendor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national
origin, or sex in the performance of any awarded contract.
Conflict of Interest: Vendor covenants that it presently has no interest and shall not acquire
an interest, direct or indirect, financial or otherwise, which would conflict in any manner or
degree with the performance of the services hereunder. Vendor further covenants that, in the
performance of this Contract, no subcontractor or person having such an interest shall be used
or employed. Vendor certifies that no one who has or will have any financial interest under this
Contract is an officer or employee of the County.
Award of Contract: The award of the Contract, should it be awarded, will be based on what is
in the best interest of the County. Price is an important factor, but other priorities, such as
speed of delivery, shall be considered as well in deciding what is in the best interests of the
County. Such award, if made, will be made within sixty (60) days after the opening of the
sealed bids. The County of Siskiyou reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any
irregularities in the bidding. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts as a
result of this Request for Bids (RFB).
