Description

On 20 March 2025, USTRANSCOM awarded a contract to Breeze Aviation Group, Inc under solicitation HTC711-23-R-CC01, Domestic Chartier Airlift Services. Performance under this contract includes passenger and cargo airlift services utilizing aircraft certified under Part 121 of the Federal Aviation Regulation (14 CFR 121). Performance of services shall take place within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Mexico, or Canada as specified in the individual solicitation or delivery order. The period of performance consists of a base period (01 April 2024 through 30 September 2028) and an optional six-month extension (1 October 2028 through 31 March 2029), if applicable.
