INVITATION FOR BID
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT REFRESH
(DESKTOPS AND LAPTOPS)
Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified suppliers for computer
equipment (desktops and laptops) as detailed in the following specifications.
Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Avis Jimm, Contract Administrator, at (928)
729-6243 or by email avisj@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route
12, Fort Defiance, Arizona.
Bid response shall be submitted, electronically, to avisj@ntua.com in a PDF attachment clearly
labeled: “DO NOT OPEN – COMPUTER EQUIPMENT REFRESH (DESKTOPS & LAPTOPS)”
and received by February 26, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m. (DST).
