This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or Rrequest for offers. The proposed of this contract action is to provide the support for the Clearing and Maintenace of CVD/Lake Mendocino, CA forest trails.
USACE intends to solicit as a sole source under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
Required Sources of Supplies and Services.
Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis may be considered by the
Government. Interested suppliers shall respond to this notice by providing the following information.
1. Organization Name.
2. Address.
3. Point of Contact for information with telephone number and email
address.
4. Cage Code
5. Unique Entity ID
6. Capabilities information/statement showing that the organization has the ability and jurisdiction to fulfill the Government requirement.
The contractor must be able to comply with all requirements described herein to be considered capable. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
