Job: To maintain approximately 295-315 from April to November, annually. Resulting contract will require sections of the city be maintained in a consistent order as follows: 17110 lots, 17102 lots, 17103 lots, and finally 17104 lots. Two zip codes must be completed within a two-week service period. Awarded contractor can bill on a bi-weekly basis.
Bid Price Disclaimer – Bi‑Weekly Service Fee
The bid price entered on this form represents the bi‑weekly fee to provide complete landscaping and maintenance services for all lots identified in the scope of work. For purposes of this bid, “bi‑weekly” means once every two (2) weeks. Bidders shall calculate their price as the total fee they require to landscape and maintain all specified lots over a two‑week period; this amount will be the contracted bi‑weekly fee. The bi‑weekly fee must reflect all requirements of the scope of work, including all bidder/contractor expenses such as labor, equipment, equipment maintenance, travel and parking, trash management, and any and all requirements and aspects of the scope as described in this solicitation.
