Description
The purpose for this amendment is to establish that the number for this source sought is 89303025QLP000019 and not 89303025NLP000034.

The objective of this market research is to locate potential small business contractors that can reduce the burden of Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Program Office’s (LPO) requirements on Tribes applying to the Tribal Energy Financing Program (TEFP). The TEFP will use the financial and technical assistance appropriations to aid TEFP applicants that have completed the Part I requirements but are facing financial barriers in achieving the requirements for the Part II Viability Application submittal. The requirements of Part II allow the LPO to determine the viability and the “reasonable prospect of repayment” and the level of due diligence required for a given proposed project.
