Devens Public Safety Building - Municipal Fire Alarm Relocation, Project No. 25-015

MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the provision and installation of materials and equipment for the relocation of the Municipal Fire Alarm and Alerting System in Devens, MA. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning Wednesday April 30, 2025 by contacting Christine Brown ( cbrown@massdevelopment.com ) or John Marc-Aurele ( jmarc-aurele@massdevelopment.com ). Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 15, 2025 to the MassDevelopment office at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.  Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
