Roof Replacement Project Hulbert Hall B-Wing

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number L09135 titled Roof Replacement Project Hulbert Hall B-Wing until 2:00 p.m. local time on (12/18/2024) the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by July 25, 2025, or within 150 days of Notice to Proceed.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 for printed copies or $20.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Dataflow is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is 12/13/24 by 2:00pm.

A project walk through will be held on 11/27/24 at 11:30 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
