The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with qualified Applicants with both capacity and demonstrated ability interested in providing In-Home Detention services. These services are designed for youth on detention status who are ordered by Family Court to remain at home as an alternative to residential detention at the Department's Juvenile Justice Center and Community Based Shelter Programs.
