3D Water Phantom Beam Scanning System
Description:

To maintain quality standards and compliance in our QA program, Roswell Park is seeking a proposal for a 3D Water Tank scanner in its Radiation Medicine Department that it feels will be best suitable for the clinic. Considerations include, user-friendly software, additional reservoir to store water, and robust design for measurement accuracy and efficiency. Also, it should be able to fit inside Halcyon (O-ring linac) machines. In addition to the 3D Water Tank Scanner, Roswell Park is requesting proposals for both a fixed annual service agreement, and T&M rates for 4 years post warranty.

Due Date: 12/11/2024 2:00 PM

Contract Term: initial term of three (3) years thereafter (the “Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the Resultant Agreement may be renewed for two (2) successive one (1) year renewal term(s)
