Scope of Services:
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works (Public Works) is inviting Best Value bids from the following prequalified firms, selected through the Part A RFSQ for Best Value JOB Order Contracts:

- Harry H. Joh Construction, Inc.

- R Brothers, Inc.

A virtual proposal conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams. Bidders who are required to attend must click the link that will be posted on the Public Works website for BRC0000575 to join. Public Works recommends attendees are registered on
Public Works' website at least 1 hour prior to the conference. Attendance is MANDATORY.
