Project Description: The City of Frisco is seeking bids for the maintenance of various Public Work sites located throughout the City. This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) optional renewals. This contract will be awarded to the vendor(s) providing the best value, as determined by the evaluation criteria. This Best Value Bid (BVB) may be awarded to a single vendor or to multiple vendors by line item, grouping, or as a whole as determined in the best interest, or best value, of the City.
