Project Description: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to design and develop a new website. This will be a concept-to-completion project, encompassing all phases from planning and design through implementation and launch. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to outline HASLC’s objectives for the new website, ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process, and provide vendors with the criteria that will be used in the selection process.
