Project Description: This contract includes a base bid and four alternate bids for the milling, base repair and paving of specified roadways within Perkasie Borough. The base bid involves the complete reconstruction of a portion of N. 8th Street, while one alternate bid involves the milling, base repair and paving of the Borough Police Station Parking Lot along with installation of compliant ADA stalls, pavement markings and storm sewer improvements. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Borough Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s May 2025 Asphalt Cement Price Index.
