Project Description: INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that Dennison Township will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 A.M., prevailing time on Friday, May 30, 2025 for the Hollenback Road EP Stream Debris Removal project. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to removal of soil spoils and log debris within the existing Wright Creek, grade portion of Creek bed & along Creek bank and provide stabilization with topsoil and seeding.
All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply.
Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineer’s Office and referred to the Dennison Township for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 23, 2025 at the site located the intersection of Middleburg road and Hollenback road, Dennison Township, PA. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Questions may be submitted through PennBid’s “Messages/Public Q&A” tab on or before 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties.
