Project Description: Tooele County invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the County's 2026 AP4 Roadway Treatment Project. The project involves the application of AP4 asphalt polymer surface treatment to 901,137 square feet of roadways within the County as specified in attached maps. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the AP4 application in accordance with The Latest Edition of the APWA, MUTCD and project specifications.
