Summary:The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified sources to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the lease of a conference facility with multiple meeting rooms inclusive of audio/visual equipment and support, onsite conference meals, and onsite lodging facilities. The conference is for the Offices of Special Education Instructional Services and of Special Education Finance and Budget at the Virginia Department of Education, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The conference dates are March 18, 19 and 20, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily. These dates and times are firm and unchangeable. Maximum attendees anticipated are 61 on March 18, 2025; 300 on March 19, 2025; and 300 on March 20, 2025.
