The Town of Sheridan (the Town) is seeking proposals from a consultant or consultant team (the Consultant), to provide professional services in the areas of land use planning, zoning, and infrastructure planning for the Town in the form of a Comprehensive Plan and Thoroughfare Plan. The Town has budgeted $125,000 for both projects.

Responses are solicited in accordance with terms, conditions and instruction set forth within this Request for Proposal (RFP). All proposals are due no later than 4:30 P. M. EST February 28, 2025, and responses received after this time will not be accepted. Only electronic submissions will be accepted (submitted via postal delivery, drop-off or email). Please submit all proposals using the following address for mailing or drop off (installed on a thumb drive) or email (35MB size limit).
