Project Description: Work of this Construction Contract includes construction of two multi-use trails. Each trail will be built partially on lands managed by the United States Forest Service in the Holbrook area in and near the east bench of Bountiful City, Utah. Total trail mileage estimated at 4.4 miles. Both Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 are to be Class 3 according to the US Forest Service Trail Classifications, built according to bicycle parameters.
Work on Schedule 2 may not begin until calendar year 2027 (due to funding limitations), unless OWNER provides a notice to proceed on Schedule 2 prior to calendar year 2027.
