Request for Statement of Qualifications for Architectural Services

Project Description: South Summit School District (SSSD) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural firms licensed to do business in the State of Utah. Statements will be evaluated to establish a pre-qualified list of architectural firms to provide architectural and related engineering services for District projects.
The District anticipates prequalifying up to three (3) architectural firms; however, the District reserves the right to prequalify more or fewer firms based on the qualifications submitted and the needs of the District.
The District places a high priority on proactive value engineering, accurate cost estimating, and effective cost control throughout all phases of design and construction. Firms shall demonstrate the ability to design within established budgets while identifying innovative and practical solutions to maximize project value.
The pre-qualification period shall be for thirty-six (36) months from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029.
