**Update Pre-Soliciation 15BCTS24Q00000021 to 15BCTS25R00000002 - SU/MH/SOT in Tyler, TX



The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources that have the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment services to male and female Adults in Custody (AICs) in community placement residing in a Residential Reentry Center (RRC), on home confinement, or on Federal Location Monitoring or, if applicable, reporting to a Day Reporting Center, in Tyler, Texas.





All treatment services will be required to be performed within a 5 mile radius of Tyler City Hall, 212 North Bonner Avenue, Tyler, Texas 75702 and within a 1/2 mile access to public transportation.





Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on December 01, 2024, with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all options years are renewed) on November 30, 2029. These services required for this contract include a Base Year; Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four.

The request for quotation will be available on or about October 28, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov web site (sam.gov). This solicitation will be set-aside for total small business. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date will be on or about November 20, 2024, at 2:00 pm EST. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
