Summary:Wythe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking sealed bids for the following:
• Twenty (20) evidence storage cabinets measuring 48” x 24” x 78”
• Two Hundred Forty (240) plastic bins measuring 18” x 16 ½” x 11”
Cabinets must include system to accommodate the plastic bins at measurements stated above. Bid must include picture of cabinets and include shipping costs to 245 South Fourth Street, Wytheville, VA 24382.
Wythe County is tax exempt and proposed price shall not include any federal or state taxes. Payment will be made upon receipt of goods per Wythe County’s procurement procedures. For questions, please contact Anthony Cline at arcline@wytheco.org
All bids shall be on bid form and in sealed envelope labeled EVIDENCE STORAGE CABINETS. Bids shall be delivered to the attention of Anthony Cline, 245 South Fourth Street, Wytheville, VA 24382 by 11:00 a.m., January 24, 2025. Electronic bids may be submitted on www.EVA.virginia.gov; however, a single hard copy bid must be submitted by stated deadline.
Wythe County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
