Summary:Wythe County Sheriff’s Office is seeking sealed bids for six (6) weapon cabinets for evidence storage. Specifications as follows:
• Cabinets measuring 42” x 15” x 84”
• 24 rifle capacity each cabinet
• Mesh door with 3-point locking system
• Powder coat finish
Bid must include picture of cabinets and include shipping costs to 245 South Fourth Street, Wytheville, VA 24382.
Wythe County is tax exempt and proposed price shall not include any federal or state taxes. Payment will be made upon receipt of goods per Wythe County’s procurement procedures. For questions, please contact Anthony Cline at arcline@wytheco.org
All bids shall be on bid form and in sealed envelope labeled WEAPONS STORAGE SYSTEM. Bids shall be delivered to the attention of Anthony Cline, 245 South Fourth Street, Wytheville, VA 24382 by 11:00 a.m., January 24, 2025. Electronic bids may be submitted on www.EVA.virginia.gov; however, a single hard copy bid must be submitted by stated deadline.
Wythe County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
