Quakertown Library Dry Sprinkler System Replacement; Spec #17-06/25

Project Description: The work of this project shall consist of the following: Furnish and installation of a new dry type sprinkler system in the Quakertown Library Building's attic space. This includes all new sprinkler heads, piping, valves, drains, alarms, tie-ins as well as the removal of the existing dry sprinkler system. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
