Summary

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), on behalf of the Prince George’s County Planning Department, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to re-write the Prince George’s County Planning Department’s Transportation Review Guidelines (TRG) in their entirety. This replacement will incorporate standards using the latest transportation analysis techniques covering all travel modes that benefit the County by providing a solid understanding of transportation operations, streamlining the process for applicants to fulfill the TRG requirements, and also implementing the new standards and policies included updating the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.
