Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) field activity that is organizationally aligned under the Logistics, Maintenance, and Industrial Operations Directorate, NAVSEA 04. NNSY’s mission is conversion, overhaul, repair, alteration, dry docking, outfitting, manufacturing research, re-development and test work of nuclear powered carriers and submarines.
NNSY requires the Original Equipment Manfacturer (OEM) to perform varnish system support by inspecting installation, validating equipment, confirm start-up readiness, and provide operator training.
The anticipated period of performance is April 2026 to July 2026.
This requirement will be sole sourced to the OEM.
