Solicitation Description:

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to seek qualified firm(s) for the purpose of i dentifying a supplier to provide comprehensive cleaning services for up to 54 apartment units at Texas State Technical College (TSTC) Marshall. The selected supplier will conduct deep cleaning during scheduled semester turnovers and on an as-needed basis throughout the year.

Mandatory Pre-Bid: Located at 2650 East End Blvd South, Marshall, TX 75672 in the Housing Commons, building 5S0H, on February 11th, 2025 from 1:00 PM -2:00 PM CST. Failure to attend the pre-bid/offer/proposal conference will result in disqualification of the response.
