The Health and Human Services Commission (“Owner”), for and onbehalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (“HSCS”), is solicitingCompetitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a GeneralContractor (“Contractor”) to provide general construction and constructionadministration services to the Owner for Project No. 23-116-AUL Roofing RepairsBuilding 739 (the “Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, andrequirements set forth in this Solicitation.

This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project under authority of Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2) andChapter 2269, Subchapter D.

Project Summary: The scope of work includes, but is notlimited to, the following:

Provide roofing repairs to Austin SSLC Chapel Building 739.

Project Estimate: The approximate cost for construction ofthe Project is $35,000.00.
