The Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC) has a requirement for janitorial services within three Federally-controlled facilities. All buildings will require year-round janitorial services. This work is being solicited as a performance-based service contract. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed at
Federally-controlled facilities for the INRC in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor’s workforce shall perform all services associated with general janitorial cleaning duties listed in the technical requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of all areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat, and free of fire and safety hazards or unsanitary conditions. The three buildings are defined as:
• Interagency Natural Resource Center (INRC)
• Coeur d’Alene Interagency Dispatch Center (Dispatch)
• INRC Warehouse (Warehouse)
NOTE: A scheduled site visit will be held on October 14, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am Pacific. Interested parties shall meet at 3232 W Nursery Road outside the front office.
