Title: IGSA Mitigation, Remediation, and Trauma Clean-Up Job Order Contract

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, Contractor providing all labor, material, equipment and project management for mitigation, remediation, and trauma clean-up. The work shall be located in all areas within Intergovernmental Service Agreement Projects, including Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) and Camp Roberts (CROB). The awardee will enter into a one (1) year with a not to exceed annual funding limit of $145,000.00. The agreement will include an option for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions with a not to exceed annual funding limit of $145,000. The total term of this agreement will not exceed three (3) years. The amount of unscheduled repair work to be requested during the twelve-month contract period cannot be well defined at the outset and such repair work shall be issued through work orders.
